Welcome to GEM

GEM is the Energy Efficiency and Conservation Authority’s system for managing funding and contracts.

The external portal, used by authorised users, provides a range of features and information:

1. A secure login through which information can be submitted to EECA with confidence. The login also allows users to access information that EECA holds on them.
2. The ability to review open application rounds and make an application in desired rounds.
3. The ability to view information about contracts held with EECA.
4. Users can submit claim information and other agreed details to EECA for consideration.
5. The system provides up-to-date information about claim and payment status for active grants.

To start, please log in using the login details issued to you by EECA.
